I wanted this hat to protect me from our hot, Florida sun. It will do that, but it looks awful on me. My grandson wasn't very impressed with the style either...said I looked like a farmer. The hat is very large and very floppy. You're supposed to be able to mold the edges, but they don't stay put. I guess some people might like this type of floppy hat, but it doesn't work for me. Oh well, to each his own...if you like the big, floppy style, this hat's for you.
